The Monthly Subscription Contract Between You And Us

By choosing Ur Daycare Locator membership subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for 12 consecutive months from the date of enrollment.  You can upgrade your membership at anytime.  To cancel your subscription at any time, you must email us and we will do it for you. If you cancel, your membership will be cancelled immediately.

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void were prohibited by law.

Payment. You agree to pay all fees charged to PayPal for Ur Daycare Locator Services (including applicable state and local taxes and applicable surcharges). You will be charged such fees each month, even if you do not use Ur Daycare Locator Services. Ur Daycare Locator reserves the right to change the fees for UDL Services at any time, upon prior notice to you. Further, you are responsible for any fees assessed to access UDL Services.
